GBTA’s Benchmarking Tool

Project Summary

The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), is an organization that specializes in travel management and business travel expenditures. One of the services provided to GBTA members is through the Benchmarking Tool which shares valuable information like travel rate comparisons. Originally created as multiple forms to be completed by their customers, the process was confusing and tedious which often lead to the GBTA staff completing the forms instead. I worked closely with the GBTA staff, SpikerDesign, and the Rock River Star development team to redesign the Benchmarking Tool with a more dynamic and streamlined interface. The tool allows GBTA’s members to easily customize and find the results needed to make better financial decisions.
